@kabeerbaap Kabeer, you should replace the charging port flex cable assembly. This is where the microphone is located and is the most common cause for failure.

However, sometimes even after replacing the charging port the problem is still there. As @flannelist has previously pointed out, there is a defect in the SE 2020 design that results in the signal being lost under the SIM card tray requiring precise and difficult logic board repairs. If you have the skills, you could definitely try to diagnose the issue first; otherwise you'd be best off replacing the charging port first then seeing if the problem is still there. On most iPhones, the charging port would fix the issue 95% of the time, but on your phone the odds may be more like 50%, but it would still be worth doing as the replacement part isn't all that expensive; certainly much less than the cost of having the board repaired.
