Hi Bibin Joseph,
Let me preface this by saying that I don't work for iFixit; rather I'm a volunteer moderator so I have no official standing here, but I can give you some directions on where to go. (Full disclosure; I have a Pixel 6 Pro myself.)
Anyway, since I have a Pixel I tend to notice Pixel-related issues and the general feeling I've been developing over time is that Google seems to have a bit of a quality control issue with their replacement screens. Since those are the ones iFixit sells, you'd think they'd be the top quality screen available, but I've seen quite a few that have had to be returned for issues, so it appears you're not alone.
Having dealt with the iFixit Store personnel, I can heartily recommend them; they seem to be genuine, professional and quite willing to work with you to make things right. Contact them directly by emailing them at support@ifixit.com and I expect they'll get back to you quite soon.
Once you've gotten everything straightened out, come on back and let us know how it turns out.
