When it's updating Android 12 to Android 13, and after the update the password didn't work and it doesn't open the phone. I think it a bug or something else.
You may have perform a factory reset but first try Motorola customer support and explain your predicament for advice. If your data wasn't saved to a cloud, you may lose all data in a factory reset.
