my chuwi lapbook pro not turning i didnt charge it then when i charge it not turning on with no signs of life? any help please

What is the model number of the laptop?
Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging, when the charger is connected to the laptop?
Did you try turning it on at all with the charger still connected?
Has the laptop been dropped or gotten wet at all?
