Console will not update via Xbox Live or USB

I have a problem with my Xbox 360. I connected it to my internet and tried to update it but it would display this “Status Code”: 4451 - 4497 - 1380 - 267F - C000 - 0185

I tried updating it through USB but I get the same “Can’t process the update” message. Help is appreciated!
