I have a 65% keyboard, no m1-m5 keys and it lights up but doesn’t type
It doesn’t type but lights up I’m using a asus laptop and I just got the keyboard. The keyboard is 65% pleassssee help meee if possible I’ve been trying for 2 days now and nothing has worked. Im plugging it in through the usb port and it works.🙏🙏🙏

If so what is the model number of the laptop?
Why was the original keyboard replaced i.e. water damage, laptop dropped etc?
