I cant recive any data after getting my screen replaced 3rd party

So i broke my phone becasue i was a haveing a fit and then i took to ubreakifix and they said that they cant put the normal apple screen on there because i cant get wifi all of sudden so they gave me a 3rd party screen and now when i got it back my data wont work and its really starting to make me mad because i dont want to have to buy another phone. WHAT DO I DOO
