Nand chip replacement with a bigger capacity internal storage
I've been looking on different places, XDA, Reddit, Google, here's where I found the Nand Chip location for this model ( https://semiconductor.samsung.com/estora... ) and I have currently 256 Gb on my S22 Ultra. But I'd like to see if it is not only possible to increase the internal memory capacity (because I see this is possible on other phones, even older ones), but also find the right people to do it. I've asked in a couple of places unsuccessfully. Even those places where they make these kind of changes but to Iphones exclusively.
the data on the original emmc would need written to the new emmc in order for the phone to work as the emmc and cpu are paired, im not sure which techs have the programmers to do this atm but you could try ben at resq, however they are based in germany. https://www.resq-repair.com/en
