The phone will have to be opened and tested to find out what's wrong but I can't find an English language service manual for the phone, only one in the Chinese language.

Doe sit show that the battery is charging when you connect a charger to the phone?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

And it not even droped the phone was alone at home
