I don't know as the best that I can see in the body - interior & exterior section of the repair manual for your model is how to remove the inner door belt weatherstrip and not the outer.
Perhaps you can gain access by removing the door trim - see p.51 of 437.
Note: the website linked can is a bit difficult sometimes so if the document doesn't load, refresh the page (if using a Windows PC press F5) and check. You may have to do this a few times but it does work.
