Epson XP-15000 Error code 34011

error 34011 printer error. turn on the printer again. see your documentation for more details. epson xp-15000. During set up, this error code pops up and I can't do anything with the printer. It won't finish setup either. Can someone tell me what this code means and how to fix it?
