Hi @luffy40372

Without knowing the motherboard make and model it is difficult to give you the precise answer but check that the latest network drivers applicable to the LAN (and WLAN if applicable) network adapters are installed.

A Kmode exception not handled error is usually caused by outdated network drivers.

Try starting the PC in safe mode with networking and check if the problem occurs. In safe mode only generic Windows drivers are loaded and not hardware specific drivers.

If the problem doesn't happen then it is a driver problem.

Be aware that only Ethernet network works in safe mode and not WiFi. Also the screen will look different as well. This is normal.

I disable both my network adapters Lan and wifi still my pc is crashing. Is it related to Vanguard of Valorant??

Disabling the adapters doesn't mean that it is not a driver problem. They are still loaded unless you actually uninstalled the adapters but if you restarted the PC again the drivers would have been installed again.

Try it in safe mode as suggested. You don't need to have internet access to run safe mode. It was only to check if the network adapter drivers were the problem

Have you run a virus scan or malware scan?

Also try an sfc /scannow in a Command window run as administrator just to check if the system files are all OK.

I dont think system files are the issue since I reinstalled the windows.I uninstalled the drivers, removed the Lan cable and still the crashing issue continuous. Is this a hardware issue?

Please try starting in safe mode

You've got to isolate whether it is software or hardware.

If it also fails in safe mode then more likely it is hardware.

If it works OK in safe mode, it is software
