This is the audio board. It's also the board where the touch ID/power button connects. It's a super common point for liquid damage.
It's very easy to replace the whole board, but Touch ID is more complicated if that was damaged (and I suspect it may have been, even if just the connector). It's paired to your logic board, so installing a new button won't get Touch ID back unless Apple is the one that does the repair. You can use the Audio board replacement guide to get a better look at the whole area.

Thank you. Do you mean track pad? Because I don’t care about Touch ID since I never programmed it.
@atticus26 Touch ID lives in the power button, but if you don't use it, then replacing it wouldn't be an issue. I believe the power on/off signal still works even with an unpaired button, so in your case this shouldn't matter.
