iPhone XR won’t restore, error 9
Midway through updating to the latest iOS my XR suddenly displayed the ‘connect to iTunes’ screen. This I did and it said the phone needed restoring so I pressed the button to do it as I regularly back everything up so wasn’t bothered about losing anything. Anyway it got to around 98% complete then stopped and said ‘The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9). Any advice please? Thanks
