Why is my phone sound is not good

Do you mean the sound from the loudspeaker in the phone or from the phone's earpiece receiver?

If from the loudspeaker:

Is the phone in a protective case at all?

If so try removing it from the case and check if the sound is better.

If it is the case may be muffling the sound.

If the phone is not in a protective case or if it was and the sound is still no good when the phone is removed from the case what is the sound like when listening to it using earphones plugged onto the earphone socket?

if the earphones sound is OK it may be a faulty loudspeaker module in the phone.
