Ok so, I uninstalled GTA 5 from my PS4cause it corrupted, I took the disc out after uninstalling, rebuilt the database and rebooted the system but for some reason it managed to reinstall itself and corrupted files? I have repeated this many times and I cannot seem to fix it and I have never had this issue and all my other games work fine.

Since it's only happening with GTA V, it's the disc. Only option is to get a new copy.

The disk works fine on my ps4, but on my cousin's, always shows corrupt error while installing
That's strange, does anyone know why the disc works on your PS4 but not your cousin's? It's the same disc, it should be working no matter who's console you're using it on. :(
I had the same issue I thought it was my ps4 so I sold it and bought a new one then put the gta in the new one it did the same exact thing, so I just went on head and bought it in the store! Sony scamming and getting people out of money!! I wasted my money and lost a system

Some players bought a new copy, new hard drive or a digital copy and they still can't install the game on the PS4. I think it's due to the new update, GTA5 for the PS4 will corrupt the installation. I tried wiping the disc but it's still corrupted after 50% isntallation (Blue screen pop up).
