Fitbit does not sync on my Google pixel 7

My Fitbit does not sync to my Google pixel 7. I have uninstalled the app and the watch twice, it synced the first time and then doesn't after. I even reset it back the the factory settings and still doesn't work. I need help as I haven't had this watch for long and I am starting to exercise again.

Can someone tell me if this is fixable?!
