Issues with replacing HDMI port

Hello, I attempted a hdmi port replacement which I ripped out a few a pads. I however ran some jumper wires. However when connected to a tv it doesn’t display anything. When doing a continuity test pins 1,3,4,6,7,9,10,11,12, and 13 don’t seem to be grounded. Anyone know what I did wrong and how I can fix it?

THE SHORTED COMPONENTS. As I stated I am unsure if they are supposed to be shorted. I don’t see a visible bridge of solder connecting them.

take the port off and check the pins, if they are no longer shorted then its your soldering thats the issue, here are the readings you should be getting.

It looks like some pins were shorted - To be checked but if you have a multimeter you cloud to check if the pin you resolder is shorted or not...
If you look at the number "7" on the PCB, the pins 13 and 14 seams to touch.

following the tracks on the PCB I would try to test for continuity from the front of the connector to the nearest component.

So I decided to desolder the whole hdmi port and solder it back. I tested the connection from the components to pins and they all seemed to have continuity. However pin 1 and pin 2 seems to be shorted. I have no clue if they are supposed to be shorted as there is no visible connection. I have attached a picture which I highlight the other component that is also shorted. Also my tv recognizes something is plugged in, but doesn’t display anything.
