Need to Unlocked US Sim Card to use Malaysian Sim Card
I bought this phone from the US and it can only use a specific company SIM in the US but I live in Malaysia. Does anyone know how I can unlock it to allow me to use a Malaysian SIM card?

Hi there, typically (at least in Canada) all new phones are locked to a provider. In Canada, you’d go to the providers website and unlock the phone for free by typing in phone IMEI into the website. This became available after a court ruling to make phones unlocked. I think US is the same.

I tried to look for this option on the Tracfone website but they said I'm not eligible for this service. Is there any other option I can explore?
