Battery do no charge, why?
Laptop connected to charger, laptop works on electricity but battery is not being charged

Hi
The Issue is the battery so it will need replacing and if the problem carries on the laptop could have a ac power fault which stop the communication to battery inserted but always its good to rule out the other things so please try and replace battery
