Brother mfc-j4535DW won’t reset after paper jam is cleared. Customer

Brother Mfc-j4535DW three months old, continues to indicate paper jam after all paper jam has been cleared. Customer service technicians are unable to solve.

They sent us a knew one. We would love to fix the original and donate it.
