My os is corrupt but again I can't able to install my os

What file are you trying to open?
What is the file type e.g. .doc, .pdf, .xml etc?
Can you open other files OK that have the same file type as the entry that won't open?
What have you tried?

How are you trying to install the OS?
Have you got a bootable USB flashdrive or a DVD disc loaded with the OS?
