Face ID is not working after replacing ear speaker and new screen?

Do you have any idea how we can fix the Face ID of the iPhone 11 Pro Max after the replacement of a new ear speaker and a new screen? Any suggestion and solution ?

Did you unsolder and replace just the speaker and keep the rest of the front sensors located on that assembly?

You need to transfer all the components/chips located at the top of the old display onto the new one.
