Limited information. Ic replacement probably done incorrectly. Do you still have warranty on the repair?

your i.c. or capasitor might be broken or any nand flash. fixable but very hard

I find a way if one flex is damage do the blue light i try a good flex and find one y damage i remplaced and wala ps5 good again
