Why my camera is slightly back focusing with every lens?

My nikon d5600 always backfocus slightly at wider aperture like f1.8~f3.5.

I searched a lot on internet and found 2 solutions.

1. There is a hex screw near the sensor below the mirror the video says to screw it or unscrew it to adjust the focus.
2. There is another video in which you will have to remove the cover below the tripod mount and there is 2 hex screw you will have to adjust one of them to adjust the focus.

So basically i have not tired any of them need an expert suggestion before moving forward.
