My Phones screen flickers turns on only when the charger is connect.

My phone's screen flickers when its temperature is low (cold) and screens turn on when the charger is connected and it start flickering at low brightness when the charger is connected it becomes very hot what is the problem and it solutions it was happend when my phone is dipped in swimming pool and ias click pictures it becomes very hot and then all this happend.
