U0122 Dtc, VSA VTM-4 Abs lights on “D” flashing

2011 Honda Pilot EX-L lights come on all at once out of nowhere. It has 254k miles, we owned since new. I changed the battery thinking low voltage could be causing a communication issue to no avail. At first the lights were intermittent, now they constantly stay on and the shifter will not release from park. Scan pulled U0122 on multiple control modules including vtm & bcm. Please advise
