forgotten my Voicemail access code to retrieve Voicemail messages

If you have already programmed the access code into the phone then press MENU/OK, select Messages and then choose Voicemail. The system automatically dials the voice mail access number that you had entered.

If you haven't, as the access code varies between phone service providers, go to your phone service provider's website and search for how to access Voicemail. Alternatively search online for (insert phone service provider's name) access Voicemail to find the access code.

Depending on your phone service provider, once you have accessed your Voice mailbox, some provider's require a pin number to be entered as well, so if you've forgotten that you will have to contact your service provider's customer service section and ask them to help you.
