Given that there's a crack in the screen, most likely the screen is faulty and need to be replaced.

I can't find a guide or video for the model that shows how to replace the screen in your phone but looking online it seems as though the cost of a replacement screen is perhaps more than what you paid for the entire phone. Even more so if you consider having it replaced by a reputable, professional repair service.

If you haven't got a recent backup of your data, stored on a PC or the cloud you may have to get it fixed just so that you can recover your data, unless plugging in the phone to a computer allows you to access the data, depending if the correct USB setting is already enabled that is.

Hate to say it but sometimes it is not economically viable to repair a device. You have to replace it.
