Why is my New 3ds xl not recognizing the battery?

My console wont turn on with a working battery, already tried using different charging cables and using a different battery.

My console wont turn on any lights when i try to turn it on. The only light that turns on is the orange light (it means its charging), but only for a few seconds and when it doesnt have any battery inside. as soon as I insert the battery, the orange light turns off.
