PS4 Disc Drive Dead?

Hey.

I have a problem with my Optical Disc Drive in my ps4

ps4 model: cuh-1116a
BDP-board: BDP-025
FLD-board: FLD-002

When starting my ps4, the drive is making some noise, I've checked it and i think it's the laser moving back and forth. My ps4 then tries to eject a disc(There is no disc in the ps4), and then continues making noise, before it then dies. I have also included a video of the issue.

After this, the drive is dead, no response, the eject button is not working, and if i try to insert a disc there is no response.

Has anyone encountered this and maybe fixed it? Or should i just buy a new disc drive?
