The phrasing of your question seems to imply that you're asking iFixit if they can fix your Quest 2 VR glasses. So I'm guessing the following information most likely won't be of interest to you, but just in case I'm wrong, here's what you could do yourself to fix your glasses.

First of all, the good news is the USB port on your device isn't soldered onto the motherboard, so it can be replaced without having to do any soldering. It comes on a cable assembly that includes the headphone port, so you'll be replacing both of those items at the same time. Here are a couple of places you could buy those parts from; I usually suggest trying eBay, AliExpress and Amazon as well as a general internet search for your part.

It's a little harder to locate specific instructions for that repair, but in general you should follow the directions in the teardown guide until you've removed the midframe. At that point you should have easy access to the headphone/charging port assembly and I'm betting it won't be too difficult to figure out how to remove it and pop the new one in.
