48v Club Car DS Reverse not working

My golf cart is not going in reverse. I've replaced the F/R switch and still nothing, The buzzer does come on when the switch is in the reverse location. Interestingly enough, the cart goes forward when the F/R switch is in both the Forward and Neutral positions. Controller? Solenoid? Any help would be appreciated.
