Galaxy A70 overheats and drains battery fast

I recently bought galaxy a70, used, and bottom speaker and fp scanner doesn't wotk, also somerimes (one in 10 cases)when i connect the charger, phone doesnt charges, after few tries, it starts to charge and after disconnecting the charger, phone starts to drain over 1000mA from the battery, overheats and drain battery 1% every 20 seconds, that stops when i connect charger back. Is something with charger ic, water damage or what?
