Replacement part for the camera glass

The glass isn't ubiquitous, but on the other hand it's not terribly hard to find; I came across examples on eBay, Amazon and AliExpress.

As far as replacement, it's not too bad. It's basically just a flat piece of glass held on by glue, so you'll need to carefully pry the old glass out, which should be made a bit easier by the cracks already in it. Do your best to try and keep from dropping pieces inside the housing, but it will probably happen so you'll want to be sure to turn it upside down and shake out any glass that ends up in with the camera; blowing it out with compressed air and/or vacuum wouldn't hurt. You just want to make sure not to leave anything inside that will eventually find its way into the camera's field of view.

Of course, do your best not to touch the camera lens, but if it does happen be sure to clean it well with lens cleaner or 90% or higher concentration isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.

From there, you'll want to use your alcohol to clean out all the old adhesive from the frame. The new lens is just peel and stick, so once everything is shiny clean, stick the new lens on and you're done!
