How does the S-pen/digitizer board on the rear of the display attach?

I am replacing the screen in my tablet and I have attempted to transplant the WACOM (S-pen/digitizer board, I think) board that is attached to the rear of the screen. When I pulled it off of the old screen it had this mesh like material on it which ripped/was damaged during the transplanting process. I have come to understand that it was conductive tape and is there to help with shielding. However I can only find single sticky sided double sided conductive tapes. None of the tapes available seem to be sticky on both sides and so I'm not sure if I can use a glue or if I should use conductive epoxy to reattach the board.

The board in question and the tape(it's the same kind of conductive tape I believe but it was cut to perfectly cover the contact point of the WACOM board) is in the picture here:

Can I use the E6000 glue or will that mess with the form or function of the device?
