Can anyone provide a full guide with this PC?

I've owned this device since 2018, and it hasn't had any problems yet. However, recently my hard drive started to fail after 5 years of owning it. I am relatively new here, and I would like to know all the tool kits that are required to disassemble the system, replace the hard drive and SSD, as well as upgrade the RAM and repaste the heat sink. I've watched some YouTube tutorials, but they aren't fully in-depth for a newbie. I would also like to know which hard drives, SSDs, and RAM sticks are compatible with the device. Thank you so much for your time!

its pretty straightforward process for adding ssd and upgrading ram since there is separated back cover for ssd and ram but if you want to repaste the heatsink, you need to open the case fully and take the motherboard out of the case. its not that hard to do it, if you afraid you cannot reassemble the laptop, just record the disassembling process. just note that the first thing you need to do before anything is unplug the battery as soon as you find the battery cable connector.

May I know what iFixIt tool kit is required to disassemble the M2 and M1 screw types? Also, I know Dell has specific pages to upgrade or replace the SSD and RAM, but the quality of the products isn't that great. I am looking for compatible SSD and RAM sticks other than Dell. Please leave the links to all of the above if you can.

it doesn't have to be the same screw size, any small screwdriver will do, as for the ram and ssd it also doesn't have to be dell, the NVME ssd will do (i suggest to go with samsung), as for the ram if you want to upgrade you have to download cpu-z and see the ram frequency on the SPD section. you have to make sure the frequency of your old ram is the same as the frequency of your new ram (the ram size and brand is doesn't matter, you can mix it)
