I purchased a refurbished iMac 27" 3.4ghz with 256GB SSD Upgraded

I purchased a refurbished imac 27" 3.4ghz i7 with 256GB SSD Upgraded and wanted to install a 2TB Hard drive however I am running into more problem then I thought.

I have done this upgrade several time but when I took this one apart the SSD was under the super drive and there is some sort of jumper cable that I did not see before and my 2TB is not showing up and I need some help.
