Can I replace air 1 power button with gen 5?

if i replace ipad air 1 home button with the gen 5 home button will the button working properly (i just wanna replace it for the look of the ipad)

no, you can't. iPad Air has no touch.ID flex and different voltages. Additionally, different shape and connector size. You have much closer to iPad 4 gen if you can join a flexes together.
