This iPhone 6S hasn't gotten used yet, So I plugged it in.. And it was charging!
So I checked Apple Music on my Mac, and it wasn't showing up after 2 hours of charging.
Its not hot, It's cold, and I tried multiple lightning connectors.

To anyone who has this problem, I solved it!
Use DFU mode! To activate, follow my steps:
1. Press and hold the power button and the home button for 10 seconds.
2. After that, still press the home button for 10 more seconds.
3. Release the home button after step two, and you're screen will go black.
4. A window will pop up saying that an iPhone has entered DFU mode.
5. You're done after you reinstall the software.
"Is DFU mode the same as recovery mode?"
No, DFU mode isn't the same as recovery mode. In DFU mode, the device is still powered on but the screen is black to signify that it is in DFU mode.
Recovery mode is different, that is when a device is water damaged, boot looping or more. You use recovery mode when a device actually shows up in iTunes, now replaced by Apple Music. Recovery mode can also be used when there is a system issue with the device.
