Built in keyboard lagging if trackpad flex is not connected

Hi!

I’m looking for a solution to this problem. It seems that when the trackpad flex cable is disconnected, the keyboard starts acting up(pressing the play button and the music app shows up, have to press a key 3 times before it registers). I’m wondering if the trackpad and keyboard are tied together for them to work properly either hardware or software? I need to remove the trackpad cable because if the trackpad is connected, the memory slot 1 sensor gets detected and it sleeps the computer of it reaches 95°c. Without this sensor the computer is working fine
