Resetting the anti theft system

My ignition was beaten out with a screw driver hammer combo the transponder ring is as far as I know intact and I have original key I can now get the truck to turn over but it won't crank I assume bc the anti theft is on so maybe the key chip is fully cominicatinh with the ecu can I turn-off anti theft or switch steering columns I need advice thanks
