Replacing the beater bar belt

I completely dismantled and rebuilt my Dyson. Since I cannot find a guide on this site for your model Dyson to refer you to while I try to explain the procedure, I suggest entering "Dyson DC14" into YouTube. There are videos by "eSPARES" that show you how to replace the belt. Indeed, there are several videos by different people showing you how to change the belt.

eSPARES is an online site that carries spare Dyson parts. The prices are reasonable. The Dyson website also offers parts and diagrams showing a breakdown of the parts on each model.

If you find this answer unhelpful or cannot figure out what to do based on the eSpares video, please tell me exactly where you are having difficulty, and I will attempt to explain. However, a video is worth a thousand words (sometimes). I would include links to the videos, but I am not sure this is allowed on this site. It may be, I just do not know. I will gladly furnish links if it is allowed, and if you still need them.
