Half of my LEDs are not lighting up after replacing them.

My tcl 65inch went dark the other day, I ordered replacement led backlight strips and replaced them. I did not test it before reassembling. When I started it up only the right side lit up and worked perfectly. The left side is still dark. Any advice??
