Why is my 1992 toyota camry not starting?

I was going down the road and it didn't get a loss of power or anything it simply just turned off. Now it has gas and it will turn over but the fuel pump won't turn on and there are no lights on the dash but the air bag light is there some sort of security thing that may have enabled ? How do I fix it?
