Hi, anyone can help identify what is this? and what its for? TQ (i accidentally tore it apart while replacing the back cover)

I don't know, maybe connects a sensor perhaps. Re-assemble the watch and check what doesn't work. Then you will know.
As it is part of the display cable and not a separate cable the whole cable will have to be replaced anyway.
reassembled...yup just ECG not working
