my vacuum cleaner robot isn't cleaning the dust but it was working well the first time I use it. Indeed, I charge it, but it takes a long time and didn't reach the full charge level. what's the problem?

In order to give a more specific answer I'd need a model number but, generally, here's what you should do:

Clean the sensors on the sides, front, bottom, etc.
Check the brushes to see if they're in good order. If not, or if you haven't replaced them in a year or more, you should order them online either from the manufacturer or through a third party seller via Amazon or eBay.
1. Check the roller brush as well for the same situation
Clean out the container that collects the dirt/dust with soap and water, and let it air dry
1. While you're at it clean the filter out using this same method. If the filter is really bad you should replace the filter.
