Maytag Bravos XL washer stops mid-cycle, drains, shuts off

Ok, thank you for the tech manual. It did get me the error code F0E3. Out of balance. Which it normally tells me this on the screen with OFF. It is no longer letting me know on screen it will just fill wash for a few minutes stop and then drain. When it does this the light over the power button blinks and no other lights come on. When done draining all lights are out. It is only on for about 10 to 15 minutes total and everything inside is sopping wet. I have to turn it back on to spin out and actually drain the machine on the rinse and spin mode minus the extra rinse. The machine still does not completely spin out like normal but at this point does have the done light on.

Previously (years ago) I had tried to remove the wash plate due to stuff underneath and the rancid smell. I was unable to break loose the plate as it shows so simply on most videos it popping out. So I put everything back together and gave up. I fished out a quarter at this

Yes, I had already deleted what I said. Just frustrating I can’t get the problem fixed. Frustrating that I can not remove the wash plate to see what is under it or to be able to clean the tub. When I removed the back panel I noticed mold. Would love to get rid of the dead egg smell.
