Device is on 'emergency calls only' after factory reset

I tried to upgrade the Magisk, but that failed and it left me no other choice to factory reset it. After that, my phone is now unable to recognize the sim card (It does show sim card unlock code prompt when you insert the sim) and the service won't change from 'emergency calls only' mode. IMEI code on the back is nowhere to found in the system. (Both sim slots IMEI shows different numbers) Prior to reset everything was working fine, but now I am stuck with this problem. What should I do?
