How to ask a good question on iFixit. What happened prior to getting blurry images? Dropped? Exposed to water? These are important things to know.
You have moisture inside your phone, probably liquid so open it up and check. if so remove the motherboard and clean it with isopropyl alcohol. Also give the rest of the internals a good dry.
